I have tried hypnosis before and thought that it would be more convenient to listen to it on my iPod. It is awesome, I have been sleeping soundly but more importantly for me is when I wake up in the middle of the night because I can't cut my brain off. I just turn this on and go back to sleep. I read some reviews about her being boring or her tonality being off but the tone is what gets you hypnotized and it's sleep hypnosis...how exciting should it be? Not to mention it's FREE!

I swear by this app... I listen to it every night. The lady counts down from 10... I've never made it past 8. I would lay in bed for hours without this app, it's absolutely phenomenal. I love it!
